Help please ... XP APP focus problem!

    the app (no matter which one)im using loses focus every 5 secs.
    ive run notron, panda, s&d, and adware on my system and nothing helps
    ive also searched google ....

    ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh

    anyone come across this problem ???
