GTA type soundtrack, and kind of a dysfunctional charlies angels. Claire Danes is in it. About the only good thing. Bad acting, and typical scripted plot. Surprised they haven't made a TV series from it (probably it was so bad).

the original series was actually quite good, too.
that is up until it was cancelled because the "muk" film came out.
