Portable, indoor satellite dish

Hey guys

I am going to be moving into an apartment in Dublin at the end of next month and they will not allow the mounting of a satellite dish on the building.

I was wondering does anyone know of a small dish that could be placed insside a window, preferable a portable one with an elevation finder etc. with it

Some of the satellite magazines have ads for flat panel, "globe" and "box" dishes

You might be able to get away with using one of these since they dont actually look like a dish.

You really ought to consider looking for a place to live where you dont have some little hitler telling you what you can and cant do with it. Im sure youre paying enough for the damn place like :rolleyes:

If Youre reduced to pointing a dish through a window you can use a window that hs a clear view in the direction of the satellite (28 degrees east of South) Hopefully the glass in the window isint leaded or aluminumised !
