Web Browsing with Ipaq and Meteor via Bluetooth ??

Anybody know how to set up the link between an Ipaq 3970 with windows mobile 2003 and a Nokia 6230 via bluetooth. I'm Looking to surf the net and use it for POP3 mail. Also any setting infomation that will limit the amount data downloaded eg mail headers only etc. so that I don't end up paying a fortune in GPRS charges.…
