    New Colour Soul Tribute Gig for Diabeties Ireland, Crawdaddy, September 30th

    5 months ago, close friend and former band mate Ger Hickey passed away suddenly. Ger was a lover of life and music, and in many ways was responsible for getting New Colour Soul off the ground. Friends and family have organised a tribute gig to honour Gers memory, taking place this Thursday, 30th September in Crawdaddy, Harcourt Street, with all proceeds going to Diabeties Ireland. The lineup includes P.A.S.E (featuring members of New Colour Soul), Blindside, Ken Gibson, The Rock Monsters, and New Colour Soul. This will be a night of celebration and great music (all of the above bands at one stage boasted Ger as a member) and is for a very worthy cause, so we'd really appreciate your support.

    This will be the last New Colour Soul performance for quite a while, so do your best to make it!

    Doors are at 7:30, first band on stage at 8pm SHARP.Admisson €10. All proceeds to Diabeties Ireland.


    New Colour Soul Support US soul hero in Whelans

    Tonight, Whelans of Wexford street is home to a soul legend, Gary US Bonds. With a career spanning over 40 years, and numerous number 1 hits to his name, American star Gary 'US' Bonds is back, touring his long awaited album, "Back in 20". With multi-million selling artists such as Bruce Springsteen and Steven Van Zandt citing Gary as their single biggest influence, New Colour Soul were honoured to be personally requested as Gary's opening act for this one off show. Doors are at 7:30, ticlets are €25 and available at the usual outlets.
