A prostitute was walking across the road when suddenly she was hit by a car,the emergency services were called while she lay on ground with head injuries. A fireman first on scene said to her are you ok madam,she said my head feels a bit dizzy,fireman said "how many fingers have i got up"...she screamed JAYSUS im Paralyzed…
