Anybody know any BitTorrent clients for Windows (or Linux) that
    work from behind a proxy??

Tried a few, but no luck so far...

azureus will work behind a proxy
it has more options than any of the other clients so give it a whirl

Cheers, I'd heard of Azureus, but I'd also heard that like
most things java based it was a real resource hog. Seems
    to be working though....

I've been using BitTorrents for quite a while now and BitComet seems to be the best so far, its C++ based so it dosen't use much resources as the Java based BitTorrents and it works behind Proxies.

    wtf?
I have to say my experience with Azureus has been all positive
I started off with the default BT client and it sucked big time then I got PTC which used to use 80MB+ of ram now I use Azureus and it runs with very little ram usage.
