Grr...XP SP2 Internet Explorer toolbar problem

This is rather vexing. Every time I open IE, the toolbars are all messed up - the google toolbar, address bar and "file, view, favourites" bar are all squished onto the same line. Anyone got any ideas how to fix it? It's only a problem since that pissing SP2.

Neeeeevermind, I downloaded some registry script thing which b*tchslapped IE back into its huddled position.
