4. My biggest fault is that it takes me twice as long to "get to the point" in a conversation than most people, and this tends to drive people crazy. (Fortunately I'm blessed with wonderfully patient friends)

1. The sandwich I am eating tastes horrible. Dairy Milk Bubbly, however, is scrummy. Much nicer than the original.

Primus: I just joined this site. I needed help with my computer but it seems like an interesting spot so I might sitck around.
Secundus: I don't really know why I'm posting except that I'm bored. I'm trying not to make it all pretentious like a couple of other people did, but I don't think the whole latin thing is helping my case....
3. I study computational linguistics in DCU, but I'm spending a year in Valencia... which is nice. I'm supposed to be learning Spanish, but I'm lucky enough to know it already, so I'm drinking beer instead.
4. I play Ultimate (a team sport played on an american football-type pitch that uses a disc (or Frisbeetm) instead of a ball). It emphasises sportsmanship and there are no refs. It works better than you'd imagine. Also, because it's such a small community, everybody knows everyone else and the parties are some of the best I've been to. I hope to play on the Irish team at the next World Tournament, although I wasn't picked for this years one in Finland.
5. I firmly believe I'm going to do something big and important, not necessarily in the public domain. Apparently, I have a superiority complex.
6. I'm hoping somebody on this site will recognise me from one of these points.
7. I can't count, read or write. I'm sensitive about it, so please don't draw attention to it.

1. i read...a lot. Probably go through 4-6 books a month, fantasy or sci-fi mainly or decent cold war books
2. I have a tattoo representing my year of birth on my right shoulder. I spent 5 years working on building sites and got the tattoo 2 weeks before I started an office job
