Yeah, last year a bunch of Blackrock guys spraypainted "Marys are Fairies" on the front wall of our school. Needless to say, our guys retaliated with the all-too-obvious retort. You'd think people from a school with a name as rhyme-friendly as Blackrock would think twice about doing something so hostile yet non-offensive.

Strange to think that a group of seemingly 'talented' youths can go from the topic of one of the most child friendly wonderous holidays Halloween ie.free sweets(!), staying out all night, dressing up in mad costumes, making as much noise as one feels required. to discussing dirty names for their schools...

I dunno if our school has a nickname, but people tend to yell ''SMURF!!!'' and ''BLUEBERRIES!'' at you if you walk around in the uniform.

Which is bright blue. If that was not clear.

You see, in Carlow, the only inter school rivalry is when guys from the tech come up to pelt stones, insults and their own insecurities at people from my school.

Last time, it ended up with less than two dozen guys from 5th year in the tech standing at the bottom of a little slope, with between fourscore and 120 guys from my school facing them down. They left in somewhat of a hurry.

So casey jones costume for halloween? I'ts got a hockey mask and a big stick!

What rings? Jesus my school focuses more on rugby than on academic work! It's great. As along as you play rugby thigs go your way. Certain things are let slide.

I'm in a rugby school to but i hate it cause its a 7 day boarding and the senior firsts basickly run the school and if you stand up for your self your bet by the whole of 6th year, so its kinda fúcked up that way..... bullying is basickly allowed I'm in cistercian Collage Roscrea by the way

Meh, it still works. I didn't bother to dress up last year so I just went around pretending I had tourettes syndrome. The food was plentiful.

A friend of mine has tourette's. It only gives him a mild twitch in his arm, but he finds it absolutely hilarious to tell strangers he has tourette's and watch how they react. Mostly they think he's gonna start screaming and stuff if provoked. Like the hulk but less impressive. And less green.

i also get off early next Monday Wednesday and Friday(12:30 OH YEAH), and have a camogie blitz all day next thursday and don't have to go to any classes
