Who the hell is Ikthor? Sounds like someone with a cleft palette trying to say something but I can't make it out. Sounds like he/she may have been stung by a bee. If so, my sympathies but take your thumb out of your mouth.

I know one can see from whom one received rep, but can one possibly see who ones recipients were?

Must be some in-joke or something. Tried using the search function but nothing showed up. I think it has something to do with sleet or snow, not sure, cetainly some form of frozen water. Perhaps all of one's bases are belong to Ikthor or something. Maybe I'll just google it...
