After over 2 years of waiting, Tyrrelstown finally has an upgraded exchange and my line passes I never thought I'd see the day when this would happen. I don't know if it has anything to do with it, but I sent a fairly angry mail to Morning Ireland, giving out about McRedmonds interview, and cc'd the likes of €ircon, the Minister and Comreg, and within a couple of weeks I had an email from €ircon's escalations manager, telling me the exchange was going to be upgraded. Just goes to show, if you make the right sounds to the right people, things can get done.

Tyrrelstown was already on the exchange upgrade list.
