    Its seriously resource intensive. Only download it if you've got a new'ish PC and don't have files created in versions of Office older than 2003.....
    A lot of the XML in the beta isn't properly implemented yet.

    Its a freebie- but at a price. If you're looking for something that actually works- download open office.......

    Yep, been using OO for some years - it's gone from half-decent to truly excellent, especially since they released a native Cocoa build which runs nicely on my Mac :)
