The RoI doesn't have postcodes but given that the site is UK based I presume they are expecting a UK postcode. Google will reveal all UK postcodes if you ask it nicely.

    BT1 1AA, ftw
    BT1 = Belfast = Northern IRELAND
1AA - is valid for second set half for most if not all UK postcodes.

With regards to the above offer of a free photo, I wouldn't bother.

I got a photo delivered before and it had a big Canon logo printed on the photo, which ruined it obviously. This was not a sticker, but was directly printed on the photo.

Sorry to rain on your parade, but just thought I would offer my experience.

    Cheers

    Smokey

Confirmed. It adds a strip of text on white background to the top right, and a logo and other text on the bottom left. Its grand for a sample I guess.

I got my Dunhill sample yesterday....well almost.

I got a postcard with a bit of sticky stuff on it, where presumable my sample was stuck. Didn't get a chance to sniff the Postman as he delivered it but I presume it fell off in transit.

Crap way to package it really imo.

I posted this late last week in Consumer Issues in a thread about the recall.
Alas, Postoptics confirmed they won't deliver lens solution outside the UK
(also, you would have had to send back the label off your recalled bottle of solution)
(They do deliver lenses to Ireland a lot cheaper than you can buy them here, I've been using them for a couple of years)

    [edit]
30 minutes after I posted this, my free 60ml bottle of lens solution arrived on my desk. So I guess it works!

Most of the ones I've looked at aren't PDFs. They seem to either be HTML, or even just a one page index which links to an online course, such as the 'University of Limirick' (sic) COBOL course, and the URL for that doesn't even exist.

Not sure how legit this site is, seems a bit odd. Even the five digits you have to enter to human are always 89703.

Actually, just checked and at least one of the books (Thinking in Java) is currently on Amazon for GBP40, so I'd say it's very unlikely the author has allowed them be put online for free.

Thinking in Java has been available for years as a free download from the author's own web site: http://www.mindview.net/Books/TIJ/

Right, well I'll refrain from posting in the thread any more since I obviously haven't got a clue what I'm talking about. :o
    Muchos apologies.
