    Similar to Eircom's whitepages are there any directories for mobile phone users that would enable one to find the number for a given name and/or address?

    The National Directory Database covers both mobile and fixed numbers (on an opt in basis) so any directory enquiry service should be able to give you a mobile number for a given name and address
