    I'm helping out a neighbour as he's having problems with his dial up account. He's currently using IOL. I need to get use another ISP account as I suspect it's something up with IOL rather than anything wrong with his PC so I can compare the two. Are there any other free ISP's in Ireland that use a generic username and password ? If so could someone post the relevant details that I'd need ? I tried to sign up to Eircom's free dial up but the website is erroring out and I cannot complete the registration process.
