Just loaded up some mp3s from the 80's here, and I've spotted a few that would have been great as part of the Vice City sound track.
Aha - Take on me (sums up 80's synth sounds for me)
Wham! - Club tropicana (for the cringe-factor :D)
Some madonna, maybe guns n' roses aswell.
Although the beauty of the PC version (and I think the xbox aswell?) was that you could use your own mp3s.

So what was in your vice city /mp3 list?

Actually I thought it was great that they got Blondie in there, atomic is brilliant... but iirc, they didn't include 'call me'.

You should have posted " what songs do you want to be in GTA : SA "

Although that period of time doesnt have much good music.

I think they should have used the Scarface soundtrack again in Vice City.

You should have posted " what songs do you want to be in GTA : SA "

If they have any NWA in the soundtrack i'll be very happy. 'Straight outta compton' or even better 'F*ck the police'.

you do realise SA is set in the early 90's?
and Azzido Da Bass made Doom's night btw (i'm presuming thats what you're on about)
as long as they put "Regulate" on the sa soundtrack, i'll be happy.

    as for vice city;
Police - every breath you take
Kiss - i was made for loving you
tears for fears - mad world
    icehouse - hey little girl

I know Azzido da bass made Doomsnite... lol i just can't understand why someone thinks Paul Okenfold made Azzido da Bass??? ;)
Yeah agree with Warren G Regulate being a must for GTA:SA.. also alot of Snoop, Biggy and Tupac would be good for the SA theme.
Wasn't Paul Engemann's Push It To The Limit already in VC??

You can't get any more 80s than Europe - The Final Countdown. I'll see anyone who disputes that outside, and they'd better bring hairspray.

No, GTA3, along with 3 or 4 others from the soundtrack.
I've put the whole soundtrack into mp3 folder for VC though.
