Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

I'm on meds that dry out my skin/lips, i've tried e45 cream but it doesn't seem to be helping in any major way. Any other ideas ?

Neutrogena visibly clear for your skin, oil free, non irritating. Aloe Vera lip balm or just plain vaseline for your lips. Roaccutane right?

Try that Norwegian lip balm stuff and keep hydrated. Blistex?

Best stuff for dry skin is hydrocortisone, available over the counter at your local chemist, Rub it in at night...

And as PrecariousNuts" said for the lips, just get a good lip balm with alo vera, and neutrogena for the hands

Vaseline is good on the lips, as is the Neutrogena range. Silcocks base is a good basic cream for skin dryness. I would personally avoid hydrocorizone - your skin can get used to this and you end up needing stronger versions of the cream, it also causes redness with prolonged use along with other problems.

eucerin is great. it designed for sensitive and very dry skin. it contains synthetic urea which supposedly does wonders for problem skin.
you can get it in boots and good chemists. is dear enough but you'll only use a little if it's only for your lips.

When I used to work in AIb, used to work in the basement and it had no windows so we had air conditioning, and it used to rip the face off me

You could try Eurax. It's an over the counter Hydrocortisone 1% cream. The air conditioning in my office totally f*cks me up, and this stuff does help. It's not expensive, and you use it sparingly, so lasts for ages..
