Yea, maybe it was his wife, but he is back behind her so it appears he's a stranger having a quick feel -that's the impression it gives.
But you know, even if it was his wife, it's disrespectful for him to have done that in public. That has it's place in private and I think it conveys a disregard for her feelings. And I bet she was really embarressed when that picture came out. I know I would have been.
