Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Does anyone type "teh"?

Nearly every single time I type the word "the", I accidentally type it "teh". This wrecks my head, and I always have to go back over my post and change it. It only seems to be that particular word , but I type it all the time and still get it wrong (unless I type really slow).

    Does this happen anyone else?

common words normally result in common typos.

you should slow down just for that word.

Damn it Foster, you beat me to it. Love BASS by the way.
But yes, I also type teh sometimes by accident, and mostly on purpose. My friend wrote it on a geography essay a few times too.

I sometimes type teh, but thing is the thing which always gets me. Interestingly enough I got it there, but yeah, I nearly always type it tihng. And yuo, sometimes ot. I'm just really clumsy in my typing... it's actually gotten so bad with all the having to go back and fix it my typing speed is deteriorating. But I can't stand to type carefully when I know I can type quickly.

(Also fun for freaking out classmates... =D)

Can't say I ever do It.

    Cough Cough

I tend to use capitals a lot mid sentence when trying to type fast. It is because I worked on genealogy Project in the 80s computerising Parish Records into a database and the The start of each field I had to us capitals.

Sometimes I read back over and correct it but I'll leave this as I typed it to demonstrate.

Sometimes I type teh on purpose as a joke.

My most common typo is inverting the order of two letters that come after each other - ae instead of ea etc. This is because I've developed a non-standard way of typing with my two hands hopping all over the keyboard. Why did I never finish those Mavis Beacon CD roms? Sigh!

You know the way they leave "the" out in the north of England, eg, "I'm off down t'pub" or "He's int town".

How do describe that band "The The" ? Must be confusing.
