well my interpretation of 061 was:

dont bother going to the tutorials. cos there on at annoying times and the ppl doing them are just students telling u stuff google already knows. (but this is true about almost everything so dont take offense).

but what u need to do is find out what has to be done and for when. find out how to do it. preferably on your own, dont jsut cheat. do it, submit it, i think by mail and then go the very last tutorial and make sure ur getting credit for what u've done and that it's all there.

actually hold on, where u guys talking about 061? or does it have a big slightier for hassleir big brother called 161 of something? probably same rules apply thou?

any one disagree?

How much do tutorial assignments count for anyways?

But sure it'll be a challenge, inventing new body systems n stuff

I love it.

I'm trying to invent some new systems, but all I can think of is the "sneezo-freckular" system..

Google know's it, don't mean they will when they read it off google, sure they are given handouts on it n all.

Submit it to whom? he hasn't gone to any, he has no idea who his tutor is...could make it slightly hard for him to submit work?

And also alot of the assignments are related to using stuff like vi which if we actually did accept email submission(which i personally don't without a decent reason) could easily be cheated using another editor.

only the 061 stuff applies to pet, 161 is only done by maths/tp's in first year, and second year sci who are doing maths but not physics.

I never ever got a handout in 061. Ever. And you may as well do it from google as go to the tutorials where you just copied what he wrote on the blackboard. Absolutely nothing of use in 061

Are everybodies bearings messed up today? Panoz is south east, hamo is northeast. But since we're getting "technical", due to the slight tilt in campus east-west orientation, the hamilton is actually more easterly than the panoz.

That post really does smack of "meh" really, I know the feeling, having a meh DAY myself. Whether bad or good stuff happened, I just felt "meh". A nice change from my usual unpredictable, manic self.

We get emails every week going on about ****e we should be doing when they get rid of us, our pg's tell us we need all these 1st's n 2.1's to get on in life and so on............its just fun fun fun.........
