Slightly OT but if you have BBC4 and a lot of blank tapes or time the whole of Tanner '88 a parody of a presidential election campaign written by Gary Trudeau and directed by Robert Altman is being shown from Saturday night through the week. I have vague memories of it from the first time round, it got exellent notices.…
