    upon clicking the hl2 related link the web page title reads

    "Rumor Control: Half-Life 2 gold (for real)"

    now i'm not the best at english but i don't think rumored means confirmed by publisher/developer

    i'm waiting for the "hl2 complete source code leaked" news

    the gta story is more then likely true given their release date and what not.

    there's nothing saying that hl2 isn't gold yet we just don't know if it is or not.

    valve are still hoping to have hl2 out for a fall release, so the rumors of it being gold could be true.
