    I suggest going to www.bmezine.com and searchiing there, they will have pics.
    Basically stapling is just that, it is similar to inserting a staple into paper, the ends are curled under and it is put into the skin like a staple.
    Pocketing is similar but you know the way you can turn the staple receiver on a stapler around to flatten the lugs the opposite way, out as opposed to in, not sure I am explaining this too well, if you have a stapler there have a look.
