Going by friends etc NTL's cable BB is by far the best

1. The Customer Support is not the best (they don't seem to know much)
2. Upload speed for 1.5MB is only 256kbps

contention? do you get slow downs (ie really poor speeds because of the number of people on it??)

Looking for BB in or around the Artane/Coolock area for a mate. Recommendations?

Never get any slow downs due to contention only when the network has gone down.

NTL's contention ratio is 17:1

Thanks, I'm on Irishbroadband and it seems fine 1meg up an down !!

Gaming can be dodgy in bad weather !!! will change to NTL soon !!
