hey guys is there any computer or any cd's around dcu that i could get powerpoint off or will i have to trek down to a computer store to buy the really expensive deluxe package thing with powerpoint in it?

Im not sure about CDs but if all you need to do is view them you can download:

This is just a viewer Microsoft offer for free so you can't create presentations but we did presentations in first year and we had PowerPoint installed on the computers in the Engineering building.

The library computers might have it too

OpenOffice is a nice free alternative that will probably do you. I use it for doing all my presentations now instead of MS Powerpoint.
