    Are you accessing via webmail? Or trying to get your email using POP3/IMAP4 using Outlook (or some other email client)?

    When you login, in the 'My Vodafone section', does it say 'You have x new emails'?

    Or is it that when you click on the email, nothing happens?

    Are you running Windows XP (Service Pack 2)? Maybe its a popup issue?
