Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Space Cowboys and Wonderboys on Video

Got both these out this week.

Space Cowboys was not a funny as I though it would be. In fact it was very corny considering the write ups it got. The special effects were a bit special. But that was it.

Wonder Boys. A mature movie requiring a degree of patiance. Good acting and characters but in the end I felt, much ado about nothing. Sort of took the long way around a basic plot line. And the humour, that was present and could have tied the thing together, was thin on the ground. Over long, over rated stuff.

Wonderboys was one of my favourite films of last year. Really good acting, simple enough plot....great movie.
