Yeah, i got a bit of a shock watching it also. Looks like UPN will have a tough auld time getting themselves out of that pickle.

Saw angel aswell last night, usually excellent but last night it was a bit too happy ending-ey.

Also saw the final 3rd rock episode ever (ok so im lazy ) which i didnt really like

Angel was funny. I believe Joss said in an interview that if he had a dark and depressing episode of Buffy then Angel would be light hearted and visa versa.

Saw the trailer... thought the eulogy on the grave ("Buffy ---- Summers / Beloved sister and friend / She saved the world / ... a lot") was quite funny.

Then again I never really watched the series.

It just means they'll think of some clever way of bringing her back. It'll also give the writers more materials to work with like a new slayer appearing like the last time she died for a few seconds. Looking forward to it and wish I know nothing about it. Ads sucks...I vow to boycott all sky1 ads from now on.

Errrm, I think WB sold the rights to both so there WILL be crossovers. And if yuo paid attention to the poxy sky one spoiler ads, you'll see the scene where Angel was informed about something happened to Buffy. Buffy being the reason Angel's fighting for good etc, he'll probably have something to do with Buffy's return.

but that is no barrier to the great and all powerful Buffy Summers.
will prob be something like, her body fell here, but her spirit went on to the hell dimension and they will find a way to bring her back from the hell dimension (with a brand new physical body) in the next series.
