I had that image on imageshack, now I don't remember the link! and I don't have that picture saved on the hard drive anymore!

If you had copied the imageshack one after you the hd crash
If you had cut/pasted you sig in a reply
If ...

[BOFH]As for recovering your sig from a boards backup, forget it, if someone asks me to restore a file I go through the whole "did you have the always create backup option on.. etc. " and if it's less than two hours work to recreate the doc guess what doesn't happen 'cos I have better things to do. [/BOFH]

Trawl through the %temp% folder and temporary internet files, you might get lucky.
