    best to leave them blank if and when possible.

    If you really want them then open a dos prompt (start -> run -> type in 'command' -> hit OK) and type in 'ipconfig /al'l and hit enter.

    You'll get the DNS addresses there :)

    if you can, let them auto-configure (DHCP)

    if you can't...

    when I'm going to set-up xbox live, I get to the DNS settings, then it bombs out.....doing it though ICS , any ideas???????

    I'm looking for primary and secondary(alternate) dns addresses for UTV Clicksilver broadband in the republic.

    Can anyone help??

    from router logs.. (im on UTV clicksilver)

    1/1/1970 0:0:35> PPP1: DNS Primary IP address is 195.218.116.2
    1/1/1970 0:0:35> PPP1: DNS Secondary IP address is 194.46.8.2

    Hi

    I am having the same problem as described by ShadowFax above :

    trying to connect to xbox live through ICS , bombing out on DNS section of xbox live connection. Have entered the DNS mentioned here (195.218.116.2) but still no joy.

    Has anyone successfully used UTV clicksilver through ICS to get onto xbox live ?

    Any suggestions would be appreciated
