    Middle Limit hold ‘em Ciaffone and Brier
    Small Stakes hold ‘em Skansky, Malmuth and Miller

    Will to swap for any No limit or Tournament books!!!

    Pot-Limit & No-Limit Poker by Stewart Reuben & Bob Ciaffone is the only good book in that category, allthough TG Cloutiers one is worth reading.
