Going on What Garth V said, why not let the rest of the forums readers know about your first skewering experiences. Mine was getting my eyebrow done. a scaffold is when u have 2 piercings joined together by one bar. an inverse one is when it goes vertical instead of the traditional helix to rim. if i remember from an old thread , i think garths is an inverse conch to conch.
