Windows 2003 Server CAL licensing

Just wondering, could I buy two of these service packs,

take the 10 CAL licences from each, and have a single
server with 20 CAL licences??

Is it possible, and is it legal??

You acknowledge that the Subscription is restricted to resellers, consultants, VARs, value-added providers, system integrators, developers, system builders, hosts, service providers or IT professionals who sell Microsoft products or provide solutions based on Microsoft products and technologies to third-party customers, and whose Subscription applications have been submitted to Microsoft as specified in this Agreement and accepted by Microsoft. That's not a service pack, it's a yearly subscription for MS Partners.

First you have to qualify as an MS partner, which doesn't require too much, you have to sell solutions that use MS software or the like.

Companies are only allowed to apply for one. So if you get two then you could get reamed. License also allows MS or representitive to audit your business for the length of the subscription + 1 year to ensure compliance. Also there's further limits, eg, can only be used for internal business use.

Combining wouldn't be legal.
