Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Do you ever see the guests on Rickie Lake??? They always say

'I axsed him' instead of 'I asked him'

I had a mate 'G' who used to say that!

'I aksed him!'....used to buzz off his head a lot over it!hehe

I hate it when you ask someone a question and instead of responding with a simple "Yes" they say "Ab-sol-OOOt-ly". Usually get this from D4 types and those who work in marketing.

Also, what's the story with people who say things like:
"that guy's an idiot, I could care less about his opinion."

THIS MAKES NO SENSE - IT SHOULD BE "COULDN'T CARE LESS" YOU MORONS.

Yes, that always annoyed me, but even worse was Bobby from Home and Away with her "I don't care less".

She's rung me several times over the years to apologise in fairness, but I just can't bring myself to forgive her.

I hate the way people mispronounce Llanfairpwllgwyngyllgogerychwyrndrobwyll-llantysiliogogogoch

    Is it that difficult?

I always assumed people saying defin-Ite-ly were just taking the p*ss to make a point.

"Veh-ickle" is definitely a pet hate. Mainly used by bogger Gard's or most of those AA Roadwatch whores!

One that really gets on my nerves is when people say something is "Onbeliveable" instead of the correct way which is "Unbeliveable"

Another thing that a lot of Irish people do is pronounce "Film" as "Fill-im".

I didn't even notice that I said it that way until I was on holidays speaking to a few English heads (just the heads no bodies!!) and they pointed it out by saying "I fink you're saying that the wrong way mate!!" Ironic or what?!?!

    B.
