Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Road flooding caused by ramps.

Travelling home last night was a bit of a nightmare. Some of the roads I use are speed controlled by means of ramps. They are the early type, ordinary tarmac from one side of the road to the other raised to about kerb height. Now heres the rub, there is no provision made for drainage along the kerb so lakes formed at each ramp. Each lake was kerb deep and the water flowed onto the footpaths. This made life bad for motorists but miserable for pedestrians and local residents

Now I know that later ramps don't have this problem as they were better designed but are there any plans to go back and re-work the old ramps to eliminate this difficulty?
