    just wondering if anybody has had any experience insuring, NCT'ing & taxing kit cars here.

    A google doesnt reveal much in Ireland. Was looking at this: http://www.robinhoodengineering.co.uk/2b/project_2b.htm

    only problem that I am 24, so I guess insurance is out of the question. I hit 25 next year though, which gives me some time to build it. Plan on using up to a 1.6L engine, probably 1.3 to keep costs & insurance down.

    any words of wisdom for me? Maybe there is a club or organisation I have overlooked for kit cars here?
