Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

My girlfriend has just informed me I have the pleasure in going to see Alfie, Joy I say, should I try a wriggle my way out of this or is it a watchable chick flick?

It's probably too late for ya now but...

Having not seen it I'm all for my girlfriend to suggest it - Sienna Miller is seriously good on the eyes.

That should help ease the pain :)

Alfie is a very good film and it certainly isnt a chick flick.
I thought it was very good ,not what it looks.

Nowhere near as good as the original but surprisingly worth a watch. I went reluctantly along with a friend at the weekend, expecting it to be crap and determined not to fancy Jude Law...
Was wrong on both accounts ;)
Really great to look at (not just the eye candy), musical score was excellent, overall very enjoyable, not just for chicks.
And as for Jude....10 minutes in and I was smitten ;) Goddammit....
