Japanese Children's books?

Would anyone have any idea how one would acquire these? Preferably cheap.. Obviously an excellent tool for learning the language through hiragana. I just canna seem to get hold of them..

Tried that.. browsed it using babelfish. The books were either oversimplistic. A is for apple kind of thing. Or they were to help kids to learn english.. Also p&p is quite expensive from there.. Nobody knows anywhere I can order bulk, second hand or anything no?
