Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Pocket Pc - WiFi Hotspot Question!

    I Am hoping someone can help me with this one, and its prob been answered a few times already but i couldnt find it!!

    I just got a Dell Pocket PC and a wireless 892.11b card. Is it possible for me to go to a hotspot in the city centre and get net access with this and if so is it a case of me literally going to wherever signal is and scanning then opening internet explorer or do i need to input settings, or what software do i need and so on? new to wireless game so when responding if you could imagin your telling a child, please do!! LOL THANKS

    there are lots of BitBuzz / Esat hotspots - but they aren't even remotley cheap - €10 an hour sorta thing

    i've been able to get a 30min voucher at some of the the BitBuzz city centre locations over the last few weeks when making a purchase and asking for one... e.g. Kylemore Cafe Stephen's Green and Ron Blacks - not sure if that's a time limited offer / how long it is in place for

    you scan for / join the BitBuzz access point at a location, and open a browser (make sure your connection is set up for DHCP) - login details are given on their site
