Any one know of any scrap yards in the Clondalkin area.

I am looking to buy a fiat punto mirror.

Any ideas how much I should pay for this.

    Cheers

There are mixed reports about the existence of the yard accross the Naas Rd. from the red cow hotel. Try it and see!
There is an excellent one in Kilcock (20 minute drive from Clondalkin out N/M4). Go to Kilcock, cross canal and take 1st left (small breakers yard just up on left!) and drive for about two miles. You will cross the M4, once you do the yard is up a bit on the right.

Paddy Tallons scrapyard (the small breakers yard up on the left) is gone the other one is still there though). Prices seem to be mood dependant though .......go on a sunny day bring flowers :D . If you're out this way theres another yard on the N4 on the right before Enfield. Dangerous turn off though.... if traffic is busy go into Enfield and turn around there rather than sitting in the middle of the Rd waiting for a truck to take you out!! Hope you manage to get a wing mirror for your Punto ...fair swap I'd say ;)
