    From ElectricNews:
The Irish Independent says that Eircom has been found guilty of misleading customers by providing inaccurate information in a bid to win back customers from IFA Telecom. Telecoms regulator ComReg has ruled that Eircom breached Carrier Pre-Select code practice and warned that it would monitor the company for any further breaches and take action if necessary.

Monitor monitor monitor. Why not fine ? Where's your balls ComReg ?

    *shakes head*

How many times have we had people come on here and complain?

How many times have we discovered blatant fraudulent and illegal winback activities by Eircom on this board?

How many times have Comreg bothered to follow up or do anything about it?

You had your chance Comreg. You're a waste of space.

So, was Comreg not monitoring it before?

"Now we're going to MONITOR you. So there"
