    Folks,

    massive double room available just off Sth. Circular Road. Two bed house sharing with one other. House is really well fitted out i.e. leather sofa's, massive bathroom, sprial staircase, new cooker, alarm, GFCH, on street parking etc etc ad nauseum.

    Rent is €350 per person as a couple or €700 (naturally) for single person. The house is really outstanding and so is the guy you'll be living with. Anyone that seen the house and the single room in the past just didnt want to leave!

    Total rent- €700.00 per month ex. Bills

    Monitored Alarm
    On Street Parking
    Gas cooker
