I'm reading the last of the Daughter of the Empire series.

We've had several chats on this board about Feist's pros and cons - see if you can read back and spot 'em

Personally, I like the stuff, but I do find annoying the facty that nearly every time he mentions a character, he explains their history *again*. That said, a good read.
