has anyone any recomendations for a content management system (im specifically looking for one with a decent links module) that can work in an iframe so as not to throw the rest of the site design (which will be static html) out?

Take a look at Contribute from Macromedia, works really well with DW sites, or any static site.

shoulda been a bit more specific im looking for something that will allow me to update details to a database which will then allow it to be displayed inside the iframe
