Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Wireless Honeytrap

Interesting item in last sundays Business Post. Apparently a wireless network was set up in south Dublin as a honeytrap. The network was set up with default security settings - not high security but not insecure either. They found that most "hackers" were just looking for free net access but there was a surprising number of corporate users who were looking for a handy (and cheap) way of logging onto their corporate network!! The corporate users were identified from their domain names. The article questioned who would be liable if one of these corporate users caused some sort of "damage" to another network.
