Clicksilver contract date?

Does anyone remember the approx date that Clicksilver customers were bumped to the lower rental fee and forced to sign a new 12 month contract in the process?

Whatever it is I am sure UTV will require another 12 month contract if you want it!!! (thats if you want it from them of course!)
