    Senario:
    Win 2000 server sp4
    Exchange 2000 server build 6249.4 sp3
    SonicWALL TZ170 (latest firmware)
    Dlink 504t (latest firmware)
    1000/256 ADSL (Eircom.Net)

    I have an issue where emails are not being delivered, in particular from Messagelabs.

    If I use the default MTU values for both SonicWALL and Dlink 504t, I cannot even web browse! However with these default settings, I can web browse using Eircom's proxyserver.

    Could anyone out there suggest what MTU settings I should be using? I have tried 1404 but I get the same problem.

    MTU should be 1392 -- there is a tool called "Dr TCP" which you can run to easily change these settings. It is a GUI based tool.
