    Guys,

I bought myself a Sharkoon "Rocket Pod" USB 2 external hard drive case today, get home, hook it up as per instructions & get the following error message: This device cannot start. (Code 10) Running Windows XP SP2. The other USB stuff I run appears to be OK. Any ideas ?

AFAIK there's a registry fix for it on the help site for windows.... it's something to do with CDROM packet burning software in XP
