where 2 get Mac toolbar 4 windows

ok saw this on customise.org, thought it was quite nice the guy is running windows but has an apple interface for it any clue where to get the bottom toolbar's etc he's using? heres what i saw... http://www.customize.org/details/31425 cheers DE
